For one model of how composable oppression could work, consider a "Libs of TikTok"-style labeler and feed generator, where the goal is to single out people for harassment. LoTT does enough damage on her own; the labeler set-up would essentially facilitate a crowd-sourced version of her feed, letting people across the network label posts to be collected, collated and redistributed by the feed generator, to which people with a grudge could subscribe for easy targets.
