Not entirely my idea, but I am now fairly convinced there are multiple CIA’s.
The movie White Noise convinced me. I think it’s probable that it is not predictive programming. But rather—the movie release was a message to the remnant, from the faction of the CIA that supports individual freedom and responsibilty.
I typed a crazy Twitter thread about it a couple weeks ago. GFYs if you have a different opinion.
