I'm 6' 3 and I get stopped and asked all the time by shorter people if I can get something from the top shelf for them. (Maybe I won't be able to be as much help today sadly.)
It seems like it would be smart to have grabbers or step ladders at each aisle for people but I've never seen a single grocery store do it.
Frustrating.
