I think it would be better to add to the Bruce precinct rather than trying to relocate the stadium. The current stadium is about the same travel time from Canberra CBD as the Sydney Football Stadium is from the Sydney CBD. Bruce is not an "out of the way" location. By most cities' standards it's pretty central and as Canberra's population grows it will become more so. The Acton site proposed by the Libs looks very tight.
