"content": "When the first screenshot (regarding prosecutions and the Attorney General) refers to prosecutorial decisions, it refers to all actions by the President with respect to prosecutorial decisions. It is not clear to me whether that would bring in prosecutorial decisions by, say, a DA making those decisions on his own. Those might or might not still be regulable! 1/",
