Marco Rubio & Doug Burgum are out.
Sources familiar with the decision said the pick will be announced at 3:30 CT at the #Republican convention in Milwaukee.
Four sources told NBC News that Rubio has been told he's out, & three sources said Burgum has also been notified.
That means the pick will likely be #JDVance.
