If you check StatCounter, you can see that the FF market share bounced from the bottom last year and there is a small, but pretty clear growing trend (the first in like 10 years?).
It has become a really good browser again and I have seen quite a few people around me switch to it recently. Once Google makes life difficult for adblockers, there will be another strong reason to switch.
It will be alright.
