i'm seeing this house in Boa Ventura tomorrow morning
by what the guy said, i was very close to stumbling upon it on my outing the other day, it is quite a ways down the hill near Sao Christoval not so much in Boa Ventura, which i'm excited about... he said there is no buildings on one side of it at all down to the gully/valley near the hill, which is what i suspected by the photographs
i have to organise something by 22 december anyway, in any case, so this works out well... and he also told me that it's not a long walk from this house to the nearest shops, which is also very helpful
w00t w00t gonna live in a crappy little brand new madeira "little house" way out on the edge of nowhere :) relatively speaking, way more isolated than here, and quiet, no dogs next door, he said, that is great - when i told him i live next to 3 chihuahuas he was like "ohhh" hehe
