Love the feeling of waking up and feeling industrious.
I caught an unfortunate cold (at the airport I assume) last weekend and have felt like crap the last few days… but for the first time since then I slept much better and woke up energized and ready for the challenges this day may bring. Welcome myself back. ✌️
Been using Sleep Cycle to track my sleep to get my circadian groove on: it’s spot on.
