The FUD based arguments are downright stupid.
The proposals being put forth in the Belgian parliament for a "crypto law" are heavily based on (FUD). It would be interesting to see authentic Bitcoin enthusiasts contribute to the discussion. Overall, these proposals seem to align with the illogical position taken by the central bank of the Netherlands, including the erroneous "per transaction" argument made by A. De Vries.
