The executive who helped Uber build a $1 billion business showing ads in its app is now trying to do the same for PayPal & Venmo.
I’m curious if this will have similar success as Uber & Uber Eats both have workflows where you’re either checking the app for your driver or a restaurant and are somewhat amenable to advertising.
I’m not sure PayPal or Venmo have similar parts of their typical usage where ads can be inserted as well.
