To be honest that would be a dangerous approach to the issue. You are high wired to survive if you think something is wrong and its affecting your life you're probably right. At the very least you need someone you can trust, talk you through it. I'm not saying trust the government. I'm saying trust your own instincts and listen to those around you and ask yourself what if they are correct?
