these kind of scores are returned in the DVM response (which powers npub.world). I personally don't think that these scores should be displayed, because that gives me "black-mirror vibes".
Showing the top reputable followers I think makes the user think about the signal, and if that's enough for him. That's more how I see Vertex being useful, as something that removes the noise and present the signal, rather than "imposing" one world view onto everyone.
