Software pet peeve of the day: When a webapp refuses to function unless you give it the exact URL from which it will be accesses. Like, it's not *that* hard to figure that out from the request headers! I'm hardly an expert developer and I can do it with little difficulty and moderate inconvenience. Of course I don't use multiple bloated frameworks to build my webapps, so what do I know?
(Also Symfony burned our crops, poisoned our water supply, and delivered a plague unto our houses.)
