Nostr isn't failing at all. The future is bright. Most of the people fleeing #Twitter seem to be choosing decentralized alternatives such as Nostr or the Fediverse, or #BlueSky which isn't decentralized yet, but promises to become decentralized in a later iteration. We may seem to be in a death match against other decentralized networks, but every user that replaces a corporate centralized network with a decentralized network strengthens the whole sector. #DecentraLife is always preferable to #CorpoCentric life.

If trends continue, each of these networks will grow some form of interoperability with the others. The mostr.pub bridge is just a beginning. And in the meantime, people keep building. New clients, new ways to present Nostr (like #Reddit, like #Instagram, etc).

Recently, #Minds, which already has its own #Nostr relay, added #Fediverse capability. Once again, we see the two growing together. The future is bright.
