Six months no alcohol.
No real particular reason. Not even sure why I quit. There are many reasons and none at all. I just know that I like the way I feel when I am sober, even when surrounded by people… I enjoy sifting through my emotions and articulating them fully.
I will continue moving forward with intention in all aspects of my life.
