Another Triumphetero, but cropped with spinach. I did three varieties of spinach and they all turned out this way. I don’t know if they just need more babying because the leaf size is smaller or what, but all my spinach is pretty much dead. Lettuce cropped with it is (mostly, save the one blemish pictured here) much healthier.
So I don’t know if it’s something I’m doing wrong or if spinach roots just don’t take well to the 1.5” trays.
