Pierre Poilievre can have a French sounding name, and he can capitalize on anger about Trudeau but ultimately he is an Anglo from Alberta and French Canadians see him coming 100 miles away. He is not one of their own. And whatever Cpc strategistthought the French-signifiers are wnough, they are not. I don’t buy into this blow-out polling narrative because Québec won’t be able to stomach him for four years.
