Weighing 78,7 kg now. Sleep was short. Other than that energy levels are stable and fine.
My body has definitely significantly changed. Still doing strength and stretch work every single day to limit the amount of muscle loss.

My today's morning weight is 79,6 kg. I started the fast with 89,5 kg, so lost about ten kilos.
Feel pretty good. Energy levels are fine.
