This is what's wild to me about the NJ political pushback against NYC's #CongestionPricing: if I were a Jersey pol, I'd *want* my constituents to not travel/drive to NYC. Work from home, eat lunch out in your local neighborhood, spend more time/money in Jersey, etc. Win-win for tax revenue, less wear & tear on highways, etc.
But instead, they're like "no we MUST allow the people who vote for us to drive (for free) into NYC to work and spend money" 🙄
