Heyo runners, I am looking for ideas / advice. After my latest lactate diagnostic, I was advised to go all in on polarised training. One of my three running days is usually an interval training, in which I ran at higher intensity for up to 700 meters. Instead, I'm supposed to go all out for 30 seconds.
So now I do 8x for :30, with a "rest" at regular intensity for 01:00 in between each interval. I've been doing that for a month now and I wonder how to progress correctly.
