Ukraine lit up another refinery...
Russia has been raining down a lot of missiles lately, in addition to the standard shaheeds... in a way focused upon, but unable to sustain damage to, the grid... as a kind of message, no doubt.
The whole situation looks and feels like the "War of the Cities" during the Iran-Iraq War. A failed strategy. Targeting non-military targets is a waste.
