Hot political discourse and discussions in my opinion don’t belong in the open forums of social media.

In a perfect world it seems like a good idea but without the nuance and complexity of face to face dialogue on such complex topics it will always end up at the lowest common denominator, and serves no purpose but to bolster the opinions of either side of the argument with no real progress being made in what should be the ultimate goal.

Solving the problem at hand, whatever that may be….
