My balance is shot to hell, so I can't use a regular bicycle, and haven't gone for a trike since I wouldn't use it enough to justify the cost. Plus, I can't go out in sunlight anymore (lupus has given me sun sensitivity, yay!) so it's just not worth the effort.
But I can often manage with a walker, since my legs work fine most of the time.
I don't actually drive much anymore, either. The internet keeps me entertained and connected.
