At some point an old cat will need more from you. More expensive vets bills, more cleaning up bodily fluids, more care and worry. And this is right, this is absolutely correct, they deserve the best. But a lot of people are not prepared for this shift. I knew it was coming, because I used to see it all the time when I worked in veterinary care. I guess my point is, start thinking about it now, start setting aside some money if you need to.
