Andy Ngo, a far-Right grifter and collaborator with a host of neo-fascist groups, has lost his recent lawsuit that attempted to slap charges on antifascists in the #Portland area allegedly over a “pattern of racketeering activities."

Ngo is best known for embedding himself within violent far-Right groups in the #Portland area, pushing disinformation on social media, and is championed by far-Right activists for his attacks on left-wing and antifascist activists.

Ngo was represented in court by Republican operative from California, Harmeet Dhillon, who is the head of the Center for American Liberty, and known for her legal attacks on COVID mandates, gender affirming care, and mail-in-voting.

Dhillon, a regular Fox News pundit, was also directly involved in the Trump 2020 campaign. On top of pushing baseless conspiracy theories around "voter fraud," Dhillon called on the Supreme court "to step in and do something," in order to hand Trump the 2020 election.
