Erandis Vol (npub1xfu…kuvv) I think I have the intention and belief covered, it's just the doing of the thing that I struggle with. I go so long between doing any sort of meditation or prayer that when I finally do get back around to it, it feels awkward and unfamiliar and not very pleasant.
