Served with chilled grilled padron peppers, and a garnish of buckler leaf sorrel, sweet cicely, and a couple of twists of black pepper.
As someone from a pretty warm climate I am familiar with the joy of a hot and spicy dish on a hot day enjoyed sitting in front of a fan, the food makes you sweat, the fan dries the sweat, you feel cool.
