Yes but it is nothing to do with your site.
Full discolure, I work in Infrastructure and have all my devices behind various DNS lists and filters. As your domain is new, nothing I use can get to it for a while or until I add it to an allow list. It's there to protect against zero day domain attacks etc.
Shame because I was going to sign up but can't allow it in a hurry. 😁
Might DM you about your site though after I get to it.
