Fuuuuuuuck I think the psychiatrist was right, the thing I wanted “fixed” the most probably stems more from autism than adhd.
I still think *if* I could try meds and *if* they worked, then they would help. But the biggest roadblock for me just doesn’t respond to tricks that help with adhd, in fact they just make it worse.
