I was aspiring to blog about cool stuff for a long time but I wanted a static blog and so then the content would be Markdown and consequently difficult or impossible to really author from your phone, so it was really hard to get into the habit.
I've made it much easier to write and publish content so now it's time to actually do it. And I've noticed that if you write a blog post about something it seems to get more interest on fedi than if you pasted the same content into a fedi post.
People really like blogs!
