This raises the question: Have any defendants actually sold any accused products in Illinois? If not, are the judgments against them invalid for lack of personal jurisdiction?
See NBA Properties, Inc. v. HANWJH, 46 F.4th 614, 627 (7th Cir. 2022) ("HANWJH availed itself of the Illinois market in offering and shipping a product to the forum. Because of this purposeful direction, and because these contacts are related to the suit, it is subject to jurisdiction in Illinois.").
