In addition to the story itself, two things I keep thinking about from this story yesterday:
Stanford just dissolved the research group on its campus that did this kind of internet forensics work (and it looks like that group directly contributed to the discovery of the antivax psyop);
And the actions weren't carried out by US govt/military employees but by contractors, General Dynamics IT, who were sloppy about it. (Not saying it'd be *good* if they were less sloppy, per se)
Bad, bad times.
