To be honest this "sales receipt" use case you are mentioning comes off as the same narratives shitcoiners use for their useless tech. You can achieve a lot with just signatures and OTS commitments.
Also, inscriptions abuse the network to store arbitrary data instead of conducting financial transactions. So you indirectly support abusing the network. (Though fuck Muun also for spamming the chain with HTLCs)
