For the last 6 months of 2022, as you may know 61 firms & organisations took part in a trial of a 4-day week for #workers.
There was considerable coverage last year about the pros & cons of this experiment but the real test is, of course, whether the firms/organisations carried on with after the pilot/trial?
Interestingly a year on, the majority of them (54 out of 61) have carried on with the arrangements.
This suggests as a country we should be exploring this option more widely!
