Swiss here. I always wonder what kind of regulations they violate.
There is a consensus around here even among organic farmers that slaughter has to happen in a certain form. Anything else is up for the customer to decide. Like raw milk cheese etc. There are almost (!) no regulations except correct labels like some pesticides, bio/organic, none at all etc. and VAT.
[If they let the animals bleed out instead of just *wham* them I have only a little pity. It is not 35 A.D. anymore.]
