You might already know this (so apologies) but the account also has to stay "active". What that means i'm not sure. But if it goes too long without some sort of activity (like a tweet reminding people the account is inactive, or perhaps a like/retweet?) it will be deactivated. Maybe. At least that was true. Hard to tell anymore.
