anyone got opinions on decent PDF readers for Windows that aren't Adobe or a browser?
is FoxIt any good? are there other good ones? mainly looking for fast loading & navigation, good search, and high stability.
(worth noting that I value my time and sanity over philosophical ideals on software purity, so please don't suggest stuff that's FOSS only because it's FOSS, only suggest software if it's *actually good and meets my requirements*)
