you know what a great way is to install your software and give it a test run? a single static binary - just unpack and start. the next ok thing is ONE docker container.
the WORST thing is 658 packages I have to apt first, add keys somewhere, enable a systemd thing (I neither have apt nor systemd) or install a programming env first, THEN run through 547 modules or libraries or having to actually use docker-compose because your thing is made of too many pieces
