Having worked for a #political NGO in the 1990s, I'm surprised that it has taken until now for #Oxfam #workers to take strike action;
my experience of the NGO sector was that #management thought any labour 'militancy' (and they set the bar pretty low for what the regarded as 'militant') was showing disloyalty & a lack of commitment to the bigger project - a sort of combination of #gaslighting and the usual UK rubbish management.
I support the Oxfam workers!
