A8. At a trade show long long ago, our booth was across from the Monkey Fingers booth: https://www.duraplastics.com/monkey-fingers-adjustable-bungee/
The guy made cinchable bungees and I guess had just gotten into Home Depot and was making and selling a ton of them. At the end of the show, he gave us a bunch so he wouldn't have to take a bunch back with him.
They're not perfect, but aside from inner tubes, they're the bungies that I use the most. The hooks are strong and it's nice to be able to cinch the bungees down.
Aside from these, I usually use inner tubes. I've tried to make hooks that attach to the tubes out of 3D printed plastic, but the PLA plastic deforms under stress and makes for a bad hook. Instead, I just tie a loop at the end of the tube and loop it onto something. The other end either is also a loop or I tie it in a knot around something. I prefer loops because they're easier to remove later. I also like how the inner tubes have more friction so they don't allow whatever I'm holding to slide as much.
