I been single for several years after my last relationship fell apart where I been trying to learn about how my communication patterns and behaviors contributed to that, and my neighbors have been fighting for weeks and it makes me so sad. Like they need help hearing each other and escaping their toxic dynamic but I cant just like shout out across the alley like "please listen to each other and try to express your needs and take accountability and cooperate!"
