I was just taking my yearly lab safety refresher and got reminded of something I saw at a restaurant over the weekend. At work I have to have full PPE when handling cryogenic liquids. But at the restaurant they make margaritas with liquid nitrogen table side and mix it over customers heads so the fog can roll down over them (you know, for the 'gram). I cringed so hard when I saw that, it's an accident waiting to happen.
