I don't know if I can be more clear, but I'll try: I want an app that functions *both* as an RSS reader *and* a feed generator that publishes to an FTP directory.
If an app only is an RSS reader or only a publishing tool, well that's not it.
I'm explicitly saying that—for some reason—no one is making an app that does both.
From my perspective, any app that only does one of these things is inherently missing *half* the product.
