Since I wasn't diagnosed as Autistic until a few years ago (and spent 40+ years thinking I was NT), I sort of feel like I can speak NT as a not-100%-fluent second language now?
I got fairly good at mimicking it...so much so that it's been really, really hard to stop. It might be baked into my brain now.
