I think the House GOP members should henceforth be paid for piece work. Produce nothing--in their case it'd be viable legislation--and earn nothing.
If this concept is too difficult for some (all?) of them, perhaps a week harvesting apples would help them understand. As it is, they collect a handsome salary for fighting, arguing, lying, grandstanding, eating, staring at their phones, flying home, anything except productive work.
C'mon voters. It's pink slip time.
