After a four-month delay, the financial closure of the giant project was completed. The lending group organized by Bank Leumi includes Bank Mizrahi, Migdal and its partners, which will provide approximately 5 billion shekels. The winners have a year to find an alternative to the Chinese CRRC supplier, which is on the US black list.
