Bitcoin is a beacon of clarity in a world of insane money. It is terra firma. Regular people deserve to have a simple, global, affordable, and secure savings account. Regular people shouldn't have to become hedge fund managers to keep the purchasing power of their savings in the black. Bitcoin is a way to distance ourselves from the games that bankers and politicians play. Unsurprisingly, bankers and politicians are going to great lengths to dissuade us from wanting what is good for us, and bad for them.
