#WritersCoffeeClub 1/4: What aspects of your current/former profession do you bring to your writing?
I studied and worked as a pharmacist, but was a bad fit for mental health reasons: so I went back to uni and got a CS degree, and worked as a tech author and programmer before writing full-time.
Anyway, I have degrees in drug-dealing and hacking, which I guess means I'm academically qualified to write cyberpunk fiction. (Only npub1l4052f5la6267hqsxx3jnk7sm2q6ptufuhx7e2k3vw3lccyv7upqujnm43 (npub1l40…nm43) declared cyberpunk dead in 1986, and he was right ...)
