I wasn't following them, either. You don't have to follow them to see that. You just have to follow someone who interacts with them and then you have to block both, to get rid of it.
And you can't tell if someone is posting porn unless you see all of the relays they're posting to. I couldn't get it to stop until I got off almost all of the relays.
And, for some reason, blocking doesn't work persistently. 🤷♀️
